We will be sending ours before the end of this month. Still waiting for some documents to add to our evidences.

I am worried though because our Lease Agreement does not include my name. The reason behind this is that he did not renew it and the rent agreement is now on month to month basis because we're looking into buying our own house. The problem though is that we are still far from closing the mortgage deal and that's the document we are waiting for.

We figured we will just send all our documents anyway before August ends whether we have the housing contract or not and just expect an RFE. This way there will be plenty of time to re-send anything. Do you think this is a good idea?

Sorry! Not sure how the sheet got messed up. I was trying to add my NOA1 date of 8/4/11. Please use the spreadsheet posted before mine. ThanksI sure hope VSC speeds up for everyone and NO INTERVIEWS.
