Hi, we will submit ROC in September and since we are going on vacation we are getting ready. Guys what do you think about our evidence? Thank you!

Encolsed please find my petition to remove conditions on residence consisting of the following documentation:

• Form I-751

• Check for the amount of $590 to cover the fees for both the form I-751 and biometrics

• Copy green card of XXX front and back

• Copies of passports

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship

• Two IRS transcript for tax periods ending 12/31/09 and 12/31/10 W2 forms needed????

• Copy of joint apartment lease spanning August 2010 – August 2011

• Confirmation number from AR-11 dated showing change of address

• Copy Chase bank certificate showing joint bank account

• Copies of Chase checking account statements

• Letter from my company of the designation of my life insurance to XXX

• Copies of paystubs from January 2010 to August 2011 showing same address

• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account

• Copies of medical bills showing same address

• Copy of one ConEdison bill for address XXX (joint bills only last month in old apartment).

• Copies of Time Warner bills from August 2010 to present for address XXX.

We didn't have an interview for AOS, how many chances of interview we have for ROC?

5-10% get called in for "random" interviews. If there's anything odd about your relationship, that will increase the risk. We've been called in for the AOS interview and also for the ROC, despite no RFE requests. I'm pretty sure its due to my wife being 7 years older than I am making them want to take a closer look.
