I stepped off a curb once and sprained both ankles. You're not alone.

You have to seriously let the ankle rest an heal. The more times you break it the easier it will be to break the next time..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

If anyone would think it's funny someone breaking their ankle, then they are a$$*&">s. Nothing funny or embarrassing about such a terrible injury.

I would think you would have learnt not to do step aerobics anymore after the previous 3 times you broke your ankle there. Try water aerobics or maybe Tai Chi. Or Low impact Pilates. I just watch the videos very low impact. Love the scenery and the music. And I can pretend the TV is a mirror and I am in shape like the skinny models they have on the videos.

Wait, are you a woman? :o

Anyway it'll be fine. I'm headed to my orthapedist this morning.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
