What I'm asking is this. Woman = Canadian Citizen, Man = U.S. Citizen, legally married. I assume (provided record of live birth abroad paperwork is done)we can get the Children US citizenship (till age 18), What I'm curious to know is can a child with such citizenship be able to sponsor a Canadian Citizen? (all above info was told to me and I'm unsure if facts are correct)

Ty for any info.

A child? Less than 18? No income?

-I don't think they can/allowed to sponsor a non-US citizen.

A US Citizen has to be 21 to sponsor a parent

And the child of a US Citizen is elgible to apply for Citizenship (more accurately claim citizenship) their entire life though the procedure may vary once they are an adult.

***** Moving from LPR to Bringing Family of US Citizen... as OP is saying the kids and husband are USCs *****

Underage kids cann;t sponsor the parent, as already mentioned. Why isn't the USC husband sponsoring?

To petition a parent, a child must be 21 years old. The USC husband should be sponsoring, not the kids.
