hello.

i am waiting for my interview (K1 Visa) date and checking for tickets to NJ.

i am plenty of question about getting married in NJ. how do i get married in NJ USA? what are the steps and some tips... i want to get married asap so i can file for AOS. all i know now is that we have to apply for a Marriage Certificate and than there is a judge or a court processing. in Paterson NJ it seems there is a 72 hour delay for a Certificate but more than 2 months for a judge. so what can i do to get a fast marriage and go on with AOS???

any info, tips, links, would be much appreciated.

You can go to a different county, or a different state. NYC is popular for marriages.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
