Wow.. when were you approved??? Usually if it doesn't arrive after 30 days you could have called and asked for its whereabouts to make sure that it was sent. If you can prove that it was a USCIS error then you could file for a replacement for free, and then schedule an infopass appointment to get the I-551 stamp on your passport.. But if its been over a year, I'm not sure. I'm sure someone here will have good advice for you.. Goodluck and I'm sorry you had to wait this long, must have been agonizing!

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Thank you, VJ! smile.png

My Green Card was approved but it still hasn't arrived (its been more than 1 year).

How should I proceed?

1 year??? I hope you meant to say 1 month?

Have you attempted to find out why you haven't received it?

My husbands GC was approved supposedly April 19th, 2011 and my stepsons hasn't been touched since OCT 2010, we filed Sept 30th, 2010 and the NYc field office is way past our filing date as per USCIS.gov. Still no card till this date and no real news as to why it has not arrived. I filed for a replacement in May and that has not been touched since June 5th, 2011 but I keep getting mixed messages from the info pass appointments and the service number. That the approval was an error and that we should get an interview "soon" and that it wasn't an error and we should file for a replacement. I don't know what else to do either. Making another info pass appointment for the 26th of this month to see if we can get some definite answers.
