We mailed our package on 9/7 and got text/email receipt today. Still waiting for the physical NOA1.

2011-07-09: Sent I-129F package
2011-07-15: NOA1 (text and email)
2011-07-19: NOA1 (physical)
2011-10-14: NOA2 (on website)
2011-10-20: NOA2 (received in the mail)
2011-11-1: Received email from BA Embassy (Packet 3)
2011-12-24 to 2012-01-08: Vacations in USA with tourist visa
2012-02-03: Sent Packet 3 to BA Embassy via postal mail
2012-02-15: Recieved email from Embassy with Interview date for 3/8
2012-03-08: APPROVED!!
2012-03-30: K1 Visa re-printed due to typo on Marc's name
2012-04-29: POE: Newark biggrin.png

2012-05-18: Applied for Marriage License and SSN
2012-06-08: MARRIED!!! biggrin.png
2012-06-25: Received SSN Card
2012-06-30: Mailed AOS Packet
2012-07-10: NOA1 (text and email)
2012-07-31: Case transferred to CSC
2012-08-02: Biometrics
2012-08-30: EAD and AP approved

2013-05-15: Received Green Card in the mail with no interview and no RFEs

There are 37 VJ cases at VSC, 33 at CSC and 24 at "TSC"... so we are roughly 1/3 the size of the average filing classes!

Hopefully this means a QUICK turnaround!!!

They come from Igor's list under the Immigration Timelines link. You can sort the list by Service Center and Approved Petitions to see how your Service Center is progressing. VSC is currently processing late March and early April petitions.

Good news for us is that the June class is about 1/2 the size of the average class and we are about 1/3. So there are less applications in front of us than there usually are for a particular month.

Of course this list only shows petitioners that use VJ, and it's accuracy depends on people updating their timelines, but hopefully it's a representative sample!

04/03/2009: Had our son

07/26/2011: Mailed off I-129F

08/01/2011: Received NOA1 dated August 1

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 16, 2011 and December 21, 2011*.
