Hi all, I am about to file my wifes AOS. Please let me know if I missed anything in the cover Letter.

• Copy of NOA2 "Approval" for I-129F

• Certification by Translator of Certificate of Birth

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

20 Aug 2013 - Biometrics appointment

19 Sep 2013 - Approved

24 Sep 2013 - Received NOA2

09 Oct 2013 - Received GC

What is the Texas address about at the start? Is that your address or the address you're sending it to. You don't send it to texas, you send it to chicago. If you are AOSing from a K1 why are you including the B2? That's confusing. Payment is $1070. You forgot the $85 for biometrics.

There's a list in the AOS thread in my signature.

Why aren't you applying for the I-131? And where are the other supporting docs for the I-765?

HI VANESSA, MAY I ASK WHAT'S I-131 FOR? IS IT OK IF IT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE AOS PACKET? THANK YOU.
