Post Decision Activity (what)

What does Post Decision Activity mean? Could this be a denial and what is the likelihood that it is? Now I have to wait to get it in the mail, but I noticed that people post that they received their NOA2s on the current dates as they pass. Does this mean they receive the approval when they check the USCIS website or the same "Post Decision Activity" spiel that I got.

Sigh... the US government is confusing me
