We dont see retrogression again atleast for F2A. NVC now knows atleast the volume of cases present atleast until end of 2009; as many of them were complete. So I think we will see Only forward movem

no sé mucho de ingles, pero si puedo leer lo que escriben todos los foristas aca, en los foros de univision muchos estamos pendientes de lo que sucede aqui tambien en cuanto a las citas, que alegria que a todos los de septiembre ya les esta llegando su citas, y que ya hay tambien de 28 de novienbre mi fecha de prioridad es diciembre 2008 y espero con ansias que llegue en los proximos dias saludos a todos!!

BTW my Priority date is March 22, 2009. I am one of that unlucky person who unable to get the interview date even my case was complete last November and retrogression caught me. Now its my turn again. HuuurReeey ........................

Guy from El Salvador PD August 2009, got the interview according to earlier Spanish forum posted. Look like visa numbers given awayas per as country limit ... anybody got any idea what's going on?

ARE you sure that is under f2a and not IR/CR bcaz it may possible petitioner has got citizenship and one more thing in f2a as per 1990 laws most of the visa numbers approximately 65000 has nothing to do with per country limit only remaining 22000 is under per country limit ....so i think the chances are greater that petitioner has got citizenship....otherwise it is really good news for all of us......

I have no idea but are u sure he got an interview for PD August 2009, with F2A Category?

We have heard couple of these from Spanish Forum; so I dont want to rule this out stating that these are becoz of citizenship...

My argument has everytime been that; pls dont count that visa dates will only move based on the people getting interviews. [we have already seen that some countries were lagging behind in interviews]. Can be that the VB might move into 2009 also; only that there might be less slots for other countries to give interviews.

I am more hopeful now; can't wait to see Sep VB....Fingers crossed.
