A photo album is way too much. Several photos together is plenty.

Primary proof of meeting is passport stamps, airline boarding passes, etc. showing that two of you were in the same country.

Sorry I'm not sure whether you are saying you included visa copies (passport stamps?) as well as the photos. If so, that is possibly okay. Your evidence needs to show that you were together at some time during the past 2 years. Passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts showing both names etc. are primary evidence. Photos are secondary evidence.

Then you can send your copies of tickets, proof of emails, chat logs etc and a few more photos for the interview as proof of ongoing relationship.

we have arranged our engagement in which i had my family i invited my friends and office colleagues so then i hired a Professional Photographer for our engagement album in which it shows we have family friends attending my fiancee is a west indian from guyana but she is a US Citizen so we both wore traditionally indian engagement outfit i do have

Tickets we met in London first time and then dubai and then she came to pakistan and now on 16 July i'm flying for Bangkok to meet her so i have all the tickets available unfortunately don't have hotel receipt cos we asked the hotel

to provide us letters that we stayed in the following hotel but we couldn't get non of them i have emails chat logs

Money Transfer Receipt all copies available and visa copy means my fiancee visited three countries to meet me she didn't visa for london and dubai but needed for pakistan so she had enter and exit stamp of her passport so she made a copies of them sent to USCIC i guess i shouldn't have issue but i really don't want to be in AP cos i love my fiancee alot we both missing each other like crazy so that is y this is our fourth trip is there any suggestions would you give me in order to avoid being in AP Thanks

Well the only thing I would avoid showing them any more money transfer receipts cause you don't want to give them any reason to suspect visa fraud as in trying to buy their way into the US. Engagement parties and albums are good but don't give them any possible reason to think you are married already. One thing that might be unavoidable for getting AP is if your name is very common there in Pakistan and could match in their databases.

Good luck!

Showing more money transfer receipts can only land you into more problem than help you solve. When a guy immigrates from Pakistan to US, he normally goes under more scrutinized background check process than a girl would. Not to let your hopes down but I know a family who has been waiting for 2 years for the guy to get his visa stamped but his file is under AP. Getting a lawyer involved is a good thing but beware that having a lawyer doesn't solve all problems. USCIS nor NVC require whole albums of photos to make a connection between a couple. It takes only a minor thing to have the file put under AP.

Best advice I could give you is to just go about your normal day and let this process happen. My wife and I are going through the same and 90% of the time it's just a wait game. Hope all goes well for the two of you.

Actually your letters by post are dated, just look at the stamp on the envelope.

Good luck!

but i need to ask you the Money Transfer Receipt i have i didn't send Money to my Fiancee she sent me from USA

do you think it can still cause Problem for me waiting for your respond

If your fiancée (USC) sent you money, that doesn’t have no impact on your petition. If you sent to her from Pakistan, that could have another implication, so that I will not include in the original application. The other thing, unless you want to file front load application, sending the money transfer receipt to USCIS has no influence on the approval of your petition since it didn't show that you met her in the last two years.

Actually I don't know but there's another way that they can see it is that you two are both collaborating. I expect a couple is ok but I wouldn't present too many just out of caution. If you have passport stamps, boarding passes, receipts and other proof that you both have seen each other within two years, some pictures together and with family and letters and all.

You are probably fine even with the money transfer receipts. I can't say for sure just have heard that Pakistan filers are more scrutinized, especially guys.

If your evidence all together paints a story in their minds of your relationship then I think you are fine. I think they have a bit of common sense but then what do I know. ;)

Wish you luck!
