how to switsh K1 to K3

hello!! I and my fiancee were applaying for k1 VISA and it's got approved few weeks ago, since my last visit we got married a lagal mariage now I was hearing that's because we got married K1 will be denaied please any one know if I can switsh K1 to K3 and how can I switsh it and if it's will be difficult or no and what to do to solve this isu

There is no switching. As far as this process goes, you go back to the start by filing a I-130 for a CR-1 visa. The waiting for approval that you did was for naught and the fees you already paid will not be refunded.

Ryan is correct, you need to start again. Go for the CR-1 visa, not the K3 (leads to immediate greencard upon entry).

What country is your fiancee from? You will have to notify the Embassy or Consulate that has the file that you two have married and are no longer eligible for a K1 visa and are withdrawing the K1 petition on those grounds.

Please I need help on this issu, Im Ok to change k1 to K3 or Cr1 but how can I do it sincewe had the date of the interview I need all the information

We already told you this is NOT possible.

You must write a letter to the embassy, as that is where your now-wife's file is, stating that you are withdrawing the K1 petition as you got married. Then you file the CR-1 visa via USCIS in the USA. You cannot change the visa from a K1 to a K3/ CR-1. You basically wasted 8 +months and much money in fees by getting married.

I have last question I will call the embassy and tel them that's we are married now and we want to cancel this petetion and file cr1 so Iam concerned if they make any problems or if it's will be difficult,.......

Don't worry, there won't be any problems. It sometimes happens that a couple are so in love, they simply cannot wait to get married. We have couples like you here on VJ semi-regularly, so the US consulate will be used to it too.

I recommend CR-1. Posted time by USCIS from NOA1 to NOA2 is 5 months. Then the file will have to be processed by the NVC, if you manage that efficiently on your end, that can take a few weeks; note, you cannot control things on the NVC end. After the NVC completes processing, they have to ship it to the appropriate post overseas (which is where?), that can vary. Then the interview has to be scheduled (NVC schedules it based on available times the Embassy or Consulate tells them).

Many people have posted that you should plan on 7-10 months from NOA1 to interview.

Just as close as your Interview ...The Petitions isnt switchable ..So why could be rush to getting married when you had an application ongoing.Good and sweet love i suppose .you gotta start the whole process again,still in separation
