TRUST me i understand what you are going through. They are reading from a script and when they say 20 business days don't think it wont pass the 20 business days. I've waiting for so long for a supervisor to ok my husbands BC and give us an interview date but wow it's been something different every time i call. I even got to speak to a supervisor and she told me to wait an extra 15-20 business days after the 20 prior because i put in a supervisors review so please DON'T DO THAT OK. Also i pray we both get out of NVC and get an interview soon because if we don't get one by the 15th we have to wait till September to see our husbands so i'm praying for both of us. God bless

I am same as you they received mine 6-20 and they have no record.. What they fial to tell you is that it sits in the mail room for 3 weeks

I 2nd that!!! It takes forever for someone to get to it. and when they do they skim through it and don't pay attention to detail at all and the funny thing is they sent me a check list asking for the exact thing i sent them and now it's just crazy the wait is so tiring!! I think today is the 1st day i called and talked to a rep just 1 time. I am trying to wait for for a SIF or an e-mail and its so hard i wish i wasn't on vacation.

I did not know theNVC can RFE....I thought it was the middle between the USCIS and the Embassy...

its the middle man for k-1 visas
