Its normal you have different card number

Anyway, you can show joint back account by sending one or more of your monthly statements related to the joint account as they should show your both names and the address in the statement, you can even download the statement online if you managed to get them online instead of Mail

Happy journey

Hi!

I am reading the guidelines to prepare evidence.

We have a joint bank account but how to show joint cards? Our cards have different numbers from each others!

Thank you!

Just ask your bank to print out your account that shows you two have a joint account. or better yet

just show the monthly bank statement. you don't have to show the card..cause all cards are in the different numbers. xD
