Entering US together

Any thoughts about entering the US together? My fiancee doesn't want to travel alone so I was thinking about going to India and spend a few weeks there and then come back to the US together? Has anyone done this or have any experience with it?

We've done it with no problem. You will go through different channels at immigration. Make sure your fiancee has all the documentation proving ties to home. Mine even carried a copy of the I-129f and NOA-1.

I did it without trouble ten years ago. I went in the same immigration line that she did, rather than the separate line for citizens.

No problem at all.. At my wife's (then K-1 fiancee) POE we could go through the Citizen/Resident line together. Even if your POE won't let you do that, a citizen can ALWAYS use the Visitor line, so you two can stay together. In fact, I highly recommend it.

You'll be fine together in the visitor's line. Just don't try to smuggle chicharon in your luggage... they'll take it (and probably eat it).

I looked at the timeline and assumed the OP was talking about traveling on a B1 while waiting for NOA2. OOOPS.
