Not a problem, we are all here to help each other.

The options you may have regarding birth certificate is 1. try and find it 2. Contact your consular they may be able to write you a notarize letter or an official letter verifying that you are a citizen of that country by birth. Have you ever send the birth certificate with your previous application to USCIS? If yes it should not be a big deal. On the other hand you can also go to the nearest police station to file a report of lost document that is if you can't find it at all. Get a copy of the report and the letter from your consular and you can take those two to your interview. On your interview date anything you have that ties you to your country as a citizen will be very help. USCIS needs to verify your citizenship so they can have the right country of chargebility on records.

06/21/2011 biometrics

07/12/2011 EAD ordered

I left my husband ,on july 11th. I am staying by a friend. He abused me mentally to the point, where i just leave on XANAX ans Valium(by prescription).

I don't have an interview date, yet, but this is over.I am meeting with a lawyer ,tomorrow evening,to see what can i do on my own.

I don't care if i stay in the US or go back to my country,i just need to know if there is a chance and what do i need to do,if the interview date comes? Go by myself, file a WAVA,get a divorce?
