Chuckchuck: No news here. It's very frustrating, as I see the K1's being approved from CSC. There hasn't been any approvals for the late June filers. I reallly hope they have been approved and sent to the NVC. I continue to pray for everone's swift approvals.

mine was 124 days from nao1...so its coming!!

To quotes a movie, “So how does it happen, great love? Nobody knows... but what I can tell you is that it happens in the blink of an eye. One Moment you're enjoying your life, and the next you're wondering how you ever lived without them.” I felt I found something with Kieu that is rare in life... true love.

Just something to think about. The CSC received approximately 45,000 I-130 applications for the month of June and if my math is correct, they are approving almost 11,000 cases a week or 2,250 cases each day. Just wondering where I fall in that list....

Still waiting with all of you and as mentioned before, I have an NOA1 date of June 22nd.

Hang in there guys.

133 days here. My wife is really worried now, I am trying to keep her calm. I am starting to worry myself though. This is crazy.

Has anyone called CSC? I am assuming that is just a waste of time.

I went to the consulate of Brazil today and got my visa to go see her and at least that went well. I already had the tickets and so will be going to see her on Nov. 24 for 2 weeks. Have not seen her since April 6th. It seems like forever.

I really, really hope that I get NOA2 before then. If not, it won't be quite as happy of an occasion as it would be if we get NOA2, but I am still really thankful that I get to see her.

I am getting so depressed and down heartned by all of this waiting. I realise that 5 month mark isn't quite here but we all thought that was the outside figure, now if it's not approved til the end of November, everything will be closing down around christmas time which will bring longer delays and then it will be next year before any kind of movement happens, i'll have to enrol my kids in school again and figure out so many other things that come with still being in no mans land in the New Year!

Sorry for the little rant but it sooo depressing (added to that, somebody asked me the other day if my husband had seperated because I was still here!)

I understand completely. You have every right to have a little rant. I am having one too. It's like your life is just on hold. My mom keeps asking me every time I talk to her when my wife can come back. She just keeps saying that she doesn't understand why they won't just let her come back now,, don't I wish...

If I had a nickle every time someone asked me that... both of our families just don't understand why it's taking so long. All I can say is, "It's the US Government, they don't get in a hurry for anything or anyone"
