Well according to the timelines link CSC is processing NOA1's with a date of June 4th...my date is June 3rd and I still haven't received mine :( Hope they process mine soon.

I130 sent May 31, 2011

I130 NOA1 June 3, 2011

I130 NOA2 Sept 27, 2011

Case Complete May 31, 2012

Interview scheduled June 5, 2012 for July 16, 2012

Medical June 19, 2012

Rescheduled interview for June 26, 2012

APPROVED!

Email received passport picked up by Loomis June 26, 2012

Passport received June 27, 2012 Loomis location

POE July 2, 2012

I am glad that CSC makes a move on the process. My timeline said "Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between October 7, 2011 and November 7, 2011*." so minimum period will be a month for me to get the NOA2 and I hope it is true.

Waiting is painful. :crying: :crying: :crying:

150 days for NOA2

2011-06-22 : I-130 Sent

2011-06-24 : I-130 NOA1

2011-11-21 : I-130 Approved

43 days to received the mail from NVC

35 days to completed with the NVC

2012-01-04 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-01-04 : Pay I-864 Bill

2012-01-25 : Returned Packet3

2012-02-02 : Asked for REF

2012-02-06 : REF was sent by Fedex

2012-02-10 : Case completed and Interview date was issued !! really fast

2012-02-24 : Medical exam! Passed!

2012-03-21 : Interview date

2012-03-28 : GOT VISA!!!!!

I will go to the US, see my HUBBY around June 2012 YEY!!

Perhaps, your NOA-2 is on the way via snail mail. :) Check your mailbox from time to time. I've read a lot from other VJ members that some received NOA-2 without being notified thru e-mail.

Congrats on the NOA2, plan on a month and change before the NVC assigns a case number. I received a case number 37 days after receiving my NOA2.

Thanks!! I called NVC today and they told me they received my file on Sept. 5th and to give them 15-20 days for it to be in the system! In the meantime, hubby is getting the three PCC's he needs to get!

July 2010 - Hubby and our children moved back to USA (for work etc)

Nov 2010 - Visited for 3 weeks (it hurts like mad to be away from them)

June 2011 - visited for 4 weeks

26th June 2011 -I-130 Express Mail to Chicago

28th June 2011- I-130 Chicago signed for package

12th July - Returned to UK..

29th June 2011 - USCIS informed me Noa1 mailed on 29th June

2nd July 2011 - Touched

8th August 2011 - Expedite approved

12th August 2011 - Touched

12th August 2011 - The dreaded RFE!

9th September 2011 - RFE received by CSC - being reviewed!

13th September 2011 - USCIS approved

19th September 2011 - NVC received file.

4th October 2011 - NVC # assigned, emailed dob amendment email (amended now), emailed DS-3032, Logged into payment portal (not invoiced), booked medical - 20th October

5th October 2011 - Emailed expedite

6th October 2011 - 2 emails from NVC (expedite and ds-3032 responses)

- SIF at payment portal.

7th October 2011 - expedite approved

12th October 2011 - case left NVC (nice birthday present!)

13th October 2001 - case arrived in UK

20th October 2011 - Medical - passed

24th October 2011 - DS-230 & DS-2001 received by Embassy

3rd November 2011 - interview - approved

4th November 2011 - text message from courier, saying they are delivering on Monday

6-27-11: File touched by USCIS (last update in their site)

6-27-11: Received NOA1 in mail

9-15-11: Received approval email notice

9-19-11: NVC Received my cases & got NOA2 hard copy.

10-7-11: Got case numbers from NVC

10-12-11: Got IIN and paid AOS Bill for wife's case

10-14-11: Sent AOS & Paid IV Bill for wife's case

10-19-11: Sent IV packet for wife & AOS for step-son's.

10-21-11: Paid IV Bill & Sent IV packet for step-son's.

10-26-11: Got RFE for Italian records.

didn't request an expedite, but I did get my congressman involved asking for a detailed status. My wife works for the judicial branch in Colombia and had the police answer all the requests towards her ASAP. Hang in there guys!! this is the month for all us June filers!!! Flying tomorrow to see her too!! and I also updated my timeline so Igor's list is updated also :dance:
