My family got a F4 based visa and we moved To USA on 6 thh of MAY 2011....

My case was put in fasttrack as I had turned 21 after the date of recieveing letter from Immigration Authorities and before the interview....

no thing is stuff happened too fast for me...

I was pursuing a Bachelors Degree in COmputers in India via mumbai university...

a four year course in which i was currently in the third year ...

i would like to resume studies back in india,....

now hing is i left the college mid year as a result i could not give my third year's 6th semester papers and i will be qualified fail....

due to absense in papers and practical exams...

so i need atleast 2 years to complete my education.,,,,

but i cant find related material on the official sites....

can i obtain a condtional visa or something so i can finish my education........

Well you have to set up Residence in the US if it is important to you to make the US move.

But finishing your education abroad is a valid reason for a long absence.

You do not need the latter.

So you are going to move over initially with the rest of your family.

How long will you stay roughly.

How often do you intend returning to the US, you said you have 2 more years to go.

because in my case if i start a life here now it'll take me 5-6 years to get a respect of my degree back in indiia...

and if i do my studies in india i can return to states and work and pursue masters at same time..... so in same time of 5-6 years i will have a job that pays double of that i will have if i not complete my education......

also even in case or visa disapproval,.....

many MNC are in india ... and der are campus placements in india which can add to my work experience...

I forget the form but you can file to say that you will be gone for up to 2 years, so you could come over activate your GC file the form, go back to finish your studies and then come back and resume your residency.
