Hi guys,

Just want to ask something about the marriage certificate, what last name should you use when you sign marriage certificate? should you use your maiden name or last name of your husband? I really appreciate your response..thank you and God bless

Actually it depends on your state. For me I had to sign married name because I changed my name.

Hope this would not be a big deal on filing AOS coz i signed my maiden name on our marriage contract

I'm sure it's fine either way otherwise I doubt your state would have accepted it.
