i guess it will jump directly to jan 09 , why is that if u checked the http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Cut-off_Dates_worldwide_online.pdf u will find that each FY take about normally for F2A visa 4 months per year, and since that 2008 had been repeated 5 times before so i think it will jump directly to 2009 and in next 4 months (aug,sep,oct, nov) will finish all 2009 PD's. and then in dec 2010 it will jump directly to aug 2010 PD.

That will be great if it happens! We are all guessing for the next VB since no one really knows what will it be. So for my WILD HOPEFUL GUESS... VB will be 2009! Hahaha! Then by the next 2 months, 2010 will be in line. So that by the next fiscal year, the PD is 2011. As I said, this is just my hopeful guess. So dont get stress with it if you think its impossible. THERE CAN BE MIRACLES WHEN YOU BELIEVE! :thumbs:

The fact that there is no or little transparency in the DoS system to print out PD (priority dates) suggests clearly an flawed process. In all, it might be a defunct excel sheet on someone's desk that

PD is Current.

I hope you are right, iam waiting for 09 . You make valued point though 2008 cases i think most of them were completed last year. I am praying every hour and I know the Lord will answer me this time.

hello every one.. im an f2a unmarried daughter of a LPR.. im just worried about my petition because:

1. i think i have aged out., im already 21 last march 2011

2. everyone's timeline that i have read was really fast unlike mine.. my priority date was nov. 3 2009. and until now i'm still waiting for my interview,, i was able to complete and sent back my paper works last january 2011.

3. i am diabetic,, some says that having it may affect my approval.. can somebody help me?

do you guys think that i could still get the approval??

You may read about CSPA. I do hope that you can still qualify for the visa. Think positive :thumbs:

1. i think i have aged out., im already 21 last march 2011
