My Fiancee is preparing the packet 3 forms from the China consulate website (haven't received actual packet 3 yet). My question is - Packet 3 says they need i134 support form too. My Fiancee doesn't provide this, I do, correct? I am bringing her to USA. I already completed this form form and submitted with my original i129f. Do I need to send another?

***** Duplicate threads removed *****

You didn't need to provide it before. It may still be with the packet but to be on the save side, I;d provide another one (updates as necessary, ie 2010 taxes etc.).

The I134 form was not supposed to go to USCIS. You should probably do another, updated one to prevent any delays

I am sure you have your 2010 taxes correct? submit those now

Tax returns show that you have filed tax (a must) and also prove your income. You need at leats last years- 2010 in this case- but it is best to provide three years.

for 'what to send' back after receiving packet 3

please read the OF-169 instructions

http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm

Then let us know what's what ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

OF-169 says nothing about providing tax returns. Unless I missed it somewhere.

However, I do have my last three years on my computer (Turbo Tax). I used Turbo Tax. If this is really needed, is this sufficient? They are not signed, isnt required by Turbo Tax (electronic signature I think).

Just print out the first two pages of your return in 2008, 2009 and 2010. No signature is acceptable. We had one-year no signature. They accepted it. Submit tax return along with a copy of your W-2 each year (w-2 is a supporting evidence for your tax return)

ya, sorry, not so much instruction there on the I-134, I thought you were confused on what to SEND BACK to GUZ IV.

GUZ IV likes to see 3 years of tax returns. It's not a published item with them; rather some petitioners (over the years) have gotten dinged for it, 3 years asked for in a blue slip on interview day.
