My Mom is married to a US Citizen and me (21 yrs old) and my sister (21 yrs old) are US citizens also. We found out that she has been on deportation status after a she got married, is their anyway we can help her obtain at least a green card when everyone in her family has papers?

Is your mother in the US? How did she enter into the US? Why is she under deportation?

She is in the US and got here illegally. She tried to obtain her papers but was denied. We found out after she got married and the status was before her marriage does that change anything?

She cannot adjust status, she entered illegally and does not have any status in the US to adjust from, regardless if you and her husband are US citizens

Does she have to go before a judge? Has she been ordered removed?

Yep. If there was an approvable or approved petition filed for her before April, 2001, then she might be eligible for adjustment under 245(i). Also, if she's been in the US for 10 years or more, and has kept her nose clean, and her husband can prove hardship, then she might qualify for cancellation of removal.

A good immigration lawyer would be able to tell her if she's got any options.
