OK, my turn! :) I am truly thankful and grateful for him, and feel blessed he is in my life. He is my best friend, my partner in crime, the love of my life. And I am so happy and excited to spend the rest of my life with him, be a family with him, and raise a family with him. He is home. Wherever we are in the world, as long as I'm with him then I am home.

Great Saying......Team Katman.....Iike the words you express.......So Inspirational!!!

Hello Harmony how is it going? Glad you all excited and rightly so. You are so positive! If I were you I would check the Embassy in Nigeria for Consulate requirements. I know the Embassy in Manila frowns on C0-Sponsors but I saw a Post recently at the beneficarys Interview that the CO didnt want to accept a co-sponsor but accepted it because she said they do and he checked and accepted it. I would Imagine your co-sponsor needs a I-134 affavdavit also. hope that helps....Good Luck!

Thank you! I appreciate your reply! XOXO

MAY FILERS!!! Post something happy and awesome about this week or your loved one. I'm in a stupid happy mood. But I like to spread the love. I'll go first..... I am a very lucky girl. I like to recognize my blessings when I have them. I am not rich in my pocket, but I am rich in happiness and love. God is good! :)

Your turn friends.... :)

Ok, I love that yesterday my boo boo called me and told me that I am an amazing woman, and he is blessed to have me in his life. That made my day because my boo boo does not usually show his emotions verbally, hes the kind of guy that shows his love through the things that he does. So that was a great thing that happenend yesterday. I am lucky to have a great and supportive family and I am glad that God is taking all the people out of my life that were no good and bringing in people that are making life better and more positive. We are almost there May filers, by the end of this year or early next we will all be with out lovies by Gods Grace....XOXO

I was thankful the day I found something pure. You know when you play that game the Sims, your character must choose an aspiration, or a life goal? Do you notice how you, playing as God, choose for them by making them like and understand things that pertain to their goal instead of telling them straight out, “this is what you were made for?” They grow and slowly realize that what they want to do in life and more importantly, WHY. It’s something they discover through living life. And for me, I was working for something "pure."

I had a lot of unpure things happen to me in the last two years. And amongst those things, I found Ice. He wanted to marry me. At age 20!! It's rare to find a guy, especially like him, the typical GUY, to want to marry. I was 19. He wanted to marry me. He said he would find me when we got older if we had to be apart for a long time. But we decided to stay together when he went back to Thailand.

And I can't explain the feeling of PURE sadness, sadness because of pure LOVE, but it's a wonderful feeling that is unfortunate to have when you're getting on that plane to leave him or her, but it reminds you that you have something that nobody can take away. And THAT is what I'm thankful for.

As far as something that happened that was cute this week.....he's been quite mean to me lately, actually. He's taking diet pills and it's giving him depression and he's taking it out on me. But when I said "you're so heartless, honey..." he said "that's cause you stole my heart." That was kind of cute.

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

I don't know about you all, but despite my cheerfulness and positive outlook, this has been the absolute hardest thing for my emotions, my spirit, and for Ice as well. Even though he's not doing so well in being positive or supportive lately, I have to give him credit for doing this at such a young age.

It has been hard for us, too. We hate being apart. And for me, Texas feels more like home than Vancouver does, even though Vancouver is my hometown. I lived and worked in Texas for 3.5 years (this is where I met my fiance) before I quit my job in November and moved back to Canada. I have so many friends there, my fiance is there, my life is there. Being in Vancouver is hard because it is not home and is not where I want to be.

But! I know this experience makes us stronger as individuals, and it strengthens our relationship too. It's like a test. I know we are meant to be together. We will all get through this, this difficult time will be behind us, and we'll be with our loved ones soon.

On Igor's List... I am now at number 293 and Sabrina is at 292. It felt like I was in the 300's for the longest time! But we are getting closer... when my fiance and I started out on this visa journey we were at number 554.

Awesome! Do you use the berkeley list too? It deletes all the petitions outside of normal processing time, and I think it give you a more accurate picture because of so many people that never come back to update the timeline. Then there's the chart too, let me link you both in case you haven't seen them!

completeness visual link

Berkeley List

I was addicted to all three lists, especially as it got closer to my approval time on the timeline! I used the Berkeley list to click on names of petitioners before me on the list that hadn't gotten their approvals yet, to see if they were still active on the site, as some people haven't logged in since making their timeline. I got pretty close to my prediction for my NOA2 doing this, they beat me by 2 days!

Oh, those are defaulted to CSC, but there's a link to click to get VSC. and the Berkeley link has a stats page that is really cool to look at too!

Yeah, we all use Berkley too. Because the original list has many duplicates and outdated timelines.

Yes, I meant to say the Berkeley list, my bad! The Berkeley list does seem a lot more accurate. :)
