Wedding Date: 12/27/11

Biometrics App.: 5/21/12
Sent RFE Response: 5/31/12
Interview: 7/24/12
Approval: 10/12/12

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

It's torture seeing June filers getting approvals and mine is still in transit. I am happy they're getting busy doing their job but would be very thankful if i get the good news within a week. this waiting thing is killing me. My fiance even challenged me to try not to come "here" and lurk. hahaha. i want my NOA2, please! He said if i can do it, he'll give me a reward. nyahahahaha! can you VSC people please give us what we want! ASAP, pleaseeee.... the only reward i want is my NOA2! wooohoooo! yala! yala! sura! sura!!!no0pb.gif

You are soon dont worry, I see alot around your date now. WOW this last day and a half sooo many approvals its crazy! Im surprised to see them picking up the pace sooo fast GO VSC! At this rate our list will be lower than April by the next to weeks of unapproved INCLUDING YOU BEING OFF THAT LIST! Remember my prediction for you. Jus tell him to start preparing and you start preparing what you need to send him because when you get NOA2 everything starts moving in hyper speed! :yes:

I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM USCIS AND WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! I'm so happy!!! It's the best feeling ever!!!!! Good luck to the rest of you guys still waiting! It will come!!!!!!! I know it will!!!

We were approved on 9/6 but wasn't aware because i haven't been checking email frequently since we've been together since 9/3 (first in the phillipines and now vacationing in thailand.) Hi there!! We log on here to check things from time to time. Sent our petition last year in Nov but was rejected due to the fee change. And we sent it again in April, got NOA1 on May 02, just found that our case was approved on Sep 06!!!!!! Hooray!! Wanted to thank all of you on VJ!!!

We are wondering that if Packet 3 was sent to us with NOA2? And what we need to do from now on??

Ok guys so I'm ready to send my RFE packet back to VSC. can Someone who got a RFE from VSC tell me how long does it take for them to approve petition after they receive RFE. thank u in advance for the help. good luck to everyone that is still waiting for approval. This is a very hectic and hard process. I will pray that everyone get approve soon so they can be with their loved ones.

Hi there!.Sorry I don't know the answer to your question.I just am curious why you got an RFE and may I ask what your RFE is all about?.Me and my fiance didn't receive our NOA2 yet but I'm worried every time I read here that someone got an RFE :(
