i called today for an update and not only was i shocked but i have no words!!! Our case is complete and finished including final review!!! No RFE!!! my wonderful husband is now in line waiting for interview to be scheduled and she said if our expedite is approved it could be within the next 4 weeks!!!!!! Omg thank you to everyone getting us to this step!! Thanks to ALLAH!!

Yup, I second that Congratulations Big Time. Carolynhotstuff, you are 100% right, when you work with NVC and everything is inline and all the documents are sent on time and all in order, there will be no problems. I am about to send in my AOS Packet and before I packed everything together I quadruple checked everything in and made sure all was in. EAbbas I hope your husband get the Interview before the 4 weeks, so he can come over FAST!

We expedited at USCIS He lives in Karachi pakistan

What I mean to say is his situation in Karachi became dangerous sometime in February and has gotten worse on a daily basis...we tried to do without expedite but it just got way too dangerous for him to walk to work and home...

thank you and hopefully it wont take anymore than 5 months for regular noa2's InshALLAH and even when he is finally home with us and our children we will still be waiting with all of you until you are with you loved ones...

Thank you!!! The interview may come in June or July but we hesitate to believe he will get Visa soon after due to 99% of the men getting months of AP but we do pray that our case is easy to see its real due to the whole family being there and supporting everything... and as long as he doesnt have a common name etc...so there will be several factors in why you get AP but hopefully we took care of anything from our part...it would be administrative only ....:)
