hey guys

my fiance recieved RFE they said they want letter of intent both of us!!!! do i have to do mine by myself or my fiance can do it ..because we don't want to lose time anymore

any help

Each of you needs to provide a letter bearing your original signature. Who writes it isn't important, but each signs their own.

Best Answer is Above. How far are you into the process. NOA1/NOA2 ? A Letter of Intent so assume the Original 129-F is my guess. (waiting on NOA1) Thats a Bummer to Start-Out with a RFE on a I-129-F. As far as Plane Tickets (Copies or Originals) I think Copies are fine. However, it might be wise to have the Originals for the interview but seems highly unlikely if the rest of your Petition was Filed Correctly. I think my Attourney made Copies of the Plane tickets and Boarding Passes and sent the Originals. So, Other Member add what you think? PS. Make a Timeline, it will help us to understand other questions you may have later.

A copy will be fine. Also baggage claims are good too.

You each need a letter of intent, signed individually. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just, "I, (name here), hereby certify that I am legally free to marry and intend to marry (name here), within 90 days of (his, her, or my) admission into the United States using the K-1 visa." Then sign it. I don't know if it's necessary to have the letters notarized, but we were advised to do so. We were also advised to send in the originals, rather than copies. Hope this helps and best of luck! :)

December 8th, 2011 - Received electronic NOA1

January 3rd, 2012 - Received notification that case has been transferred to CSC

January 4th, 2012 - Biometrics

February 11th, 2012 - Employment Authorization Card received

February 25th, 2012 - Social Security Card received

August 24th, 2012 - Green Card Received

August, 2014 - I-751 sent

August 2014 (two weeks later) - NOA1 Received

March 2015 - RFE Received

May 2015 - RFE Packet Sent

July 28th - Letter received for interview

August 13th - Interview (GC Pending)

You won't have "airline tickets" but you can submit copies of "boarding passes".
