I have just seen a a very weired thing. I was checking out the Mumbai Consulate and found the list of interview appointments for the month of May 2011. They are even calling people with PDs 2009 and 2008 in the F2A category. How is this possible if the PD is still at 2007 :S. Does anyone know what is going on? Please refer to the following link:

I don't think the case number really indicates the PD, it's just when the case made into the NVC system.

Pardon me but I don't get this. If some applicants are being called for interview whose PD is even 2008 would this mean that NVC is proceeding according to the date when case is completed?

74 days forward is decent movement by itself but considering the back step 1290 days,

looks like we're stabilizing back to April 2010 Bulletin's wait time right before

the big jump. It'll be interesting to see the next few bulletins...

And I don't like the fact that they don't mention anything about FB in the bulletin.

That to me indicates the usual movement in the upcoming months...or years... :crying:

I think you are right..But the next FY 2012 should bring some rapid movement.
