Hi Everyone!

My affidavit of support form dates back to September 2, 2010, however, our interview will be on April 20, 2011, it's passed the 6 month mark already, so do you know if I would have to fill out a new affidavit of support? or can I just white out the old date, and just write the new date on it?

I'm not sure how strict is HCMC in enforcing all paperwork must be perfect, because I'm afraid they might see a white out mark on our form and tell us, we have to submit a new one with no mistakes being corrected? :help:

Also, on the form that the immigration service had filled out for us it said expired 5/31/2010.... :bonk:

I wouldn't white it out. Is it possible for your fiance / sponsor to just send (very quickly?) a revised form.

It's always advised that they are dated as close to the interview as possible. September was quite a long time ago...

Fill out a new one can't be that hard. Just transfer info over.

The problem is that I cannot find an updated version of the I-134 anywhere, I tried the USCIS site, it won't let me download the form, it said something like...file cannot be open  So, that's my reason for wanting my fiance just to white it out, since I cannot find an updated I-134 anywhere on the web. I only saw the version that has the expired date of 5/31/2010 on it...if I can use this version, then let me know as well.

Unless anyone in this forum know a way to get the latest I-134...please let me know...I need to get this to my fiance ASAP.

Also you would want to include recent pay stubs as well. Paystubs from several months ago may be a problem.

How many months back do they want my pay stub to be? 2 or 3 months? I figure they probably want 3 months back?

90 days is fine, but as long as the most recent has year to date, then that is easily computed to annual income...
