Finally! I think I have everything I need. Here's the list of items I have on my I-129F Cover Letter:

Contents include:

- Payment in the amount of $340.00.

- I-129F

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- G-352A Supplement: Attachment 1, Additional residential and work history (Petitioner)

- G-325A Supplement: Attachment 2, Parental address information (Beneficiary)

- Copies of US Passport Pages (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

- Proof of ongoing relationship (chat transcripts, pics of her and I together in addition to extended family)

- Proof of divorce from previous marriages (Petitioner)

- Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

In regards to question 18 in my I-129F, this is what I have:

"We met on a social networking website known as Tagged.com in late 2009. From there, our friendship grew to the point were it was decided that I would fly over to meet her. I arrived in Manila the evening of 1/7/11 where she and the family met me at the airport. After spending 6 days with Amy and her family, I reluctantly returned home."

So, does it look like I'm good to go? I will be sending to the Dallas Lockbox via Priority Mail. Also, how important is it to punch 2 holes in the top of the pages and use appropriate separators (currently, packet is in the order stated above but unseparated)? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Yes, I will update my timeline as soon as I send the packet. :)

I plan on returning in October for the whole month to (hopefully) accompany her to the interview and for the birth of our first child. I've also included a copy of the boarding pass (I forgot to mention that in my original post) for the leg into Manila.

Hello, how important ATM receipts to send along with the 1-129f for the proof of having met in person? ATM receipts dont have names nor account number on it. Only the transaction no. and the amount and date... Would that do justice at all? I am just curios since we did not include ATM receipts when we sent in our 1-129f.

Exactly. The factor for USCIS is determining whether or not you have met within the last 2 years. The case for proving ongoing relationship is made at the time of interview.

ATM receipts may or may not be helpful - any kind of evidence like this is considered in the bigger picture compared to other evidence - but at least those receipts show you were in the country at said time, so they probably don't hurt. Bank statements showing those withdrawals would probably be more substantial since they show your name on it and not just an account number.

Yes, I agree. In addition, bank statements would also provide proof of income. But since I'm not at this stage yet, I don't need to worry about it. Besides, I can get an income verification statement from my employer for this. Now, can we PLEASE get back on track here? Is there anything missing from the contents of my packet that I haven't thought about? :D

I think you're fine as far as the package

Remember to put the e-notification form in front of everything (or maybe just above the check, since it's the first thing they'll check...lol).

We put together the whole proof package with punch holes cause it was a big amount of paper and we were afraid they'd lose something, or mess them up. However the forms and the documents stays in front of everything, putting them together just with a normal paperclip. Hope this helps.

Good luck on your journey :star:

How did you go about copying pages of your passport? Color, black and white, what? All pages? Only front page? Just curious.

Some people have had issue sending only a copy of their passport and were later requested to submit a copy of their birth certificate (if I remember correctly) - so if you have one, definitely send it.

Since I don't currently have a copy of my birth certificate, I copied all pages - including the front and back covers - on a standard black & white photocopier at the office. There were a lot of blank passport pages because I've only used it once (so far). However, the one page that really counts (the one with the entrance and exit stamps) is legible.

Thanks. My proof package doesn't sound like it is as big as yours was. However, what is there is convincing enough to show that we've met the requirement. I took a clue from the guides for the passport picture requirement for the G-135's and put all proof (pics together (labeled on the back with who's in the pic, dates & places they were taken, etc.), and a copy of my boarding pass from my stop-over in Korea to Manila) in its own zip-loc bag stapled to a sheet of paper marked "Proof of Meeting".

ATM receipts and bank statement you can use as a primary evidence. For atm receipts you have to copy your atm card showing your name and the first and digit # or your card.

I think you are good with all the papers.

I will just tell to make sure you have filled the right form, since we had a problem on our I-29F. We sent the oudated form, so they sent us back all the package and requested to resent the right I-29F. We didnt an RFE for that, but we did get some delay...so, just make sure you will not do the same mistake we did! =P

Thanks. I sent it out this morning via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Even though I was sure that I had the correct version of the I-129F since I had only recently downloaded it from here, I had to double check. So, now I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that I have all my I's dotted and t's crossed; which is much better than having your t's dotted and your I's crossed. We're hopeful that both my fiancée and new baby (expected to make his/her world debut on 10/14) will be able to come back with me when I return home at the end of October. Thank you, everyone, for this community. I don't think I would've known what to do without you.

Sounds good, but all of the pages count - not specifically the one page with entry/exit stamps - since at this stage you're using your passport as proof of U.S. citizenship. The page with entry/exit stamps will be beneficial for showing proof of having met in the last 2 years.

Good luck to you both!
