Yeah when I call the operator they don't even mention that they have received it. Its going to be 20 business days tomorrow since I sent my IV. I am now impatient!

Called another operator - she won't confirm whether they have received any packages. Says she sees nothing in the system - give it 20 business days and call back next week. I submitted AOS 23 days ago - she said it has not been 20 "BUSINESS" days yet!!!

Monday is the 20th business day for me. I have a calendar invite set to remind me to call and harass the operator. I will then probably ask for the supervisor for the first time if needed.

Are you counting the day that you sent it? If you haven't so who cares just add it in cause I am. We deserve that much at least.

How did you find out? AVR or Operator?

AVR never changed. Same annoying recording lol. The operator told me. I had called on Tuesday and it wasn't in the system yet. I called on Thursday and it was. So I asked if he could see the date but he said no I don't know. So it might have been entered on Wednesday as well.

We got our interview date- June 21!!! kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif
