hi everyone! just want to ask coz we filed our 129f petition last March 25,but then my fiance' learned that they've already encash the check from his bank but until now we haven't received any notifications yet about if they got our packet or not , bit worried.:(

3-23-2011- i129f sent

3-24-2011- check encash

3-29-2011- NOA1

6-17-2011- RFE

7-01-2011- RFE sent

7-05-2011- RFE rcvd/Response review

7-14-2011- NOA2

It can take about 10 days or more, not to worry.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Well if they cashed your cheque then they got your packet hey. You will hear within a week or two.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
