Bajan my brother in law works for the Kingston Police and his friend is a CO at the embassy, and they said if the father is on the BC they are not asking for a paternity test, because jamaican man not gone accept no "jacket" lololololol

They didnt ask no questions

They did ask for

1. Original Birth certificate for her

2. Original Marriage Cert for us

3. My job letter

4. Copy of hubby W2

It depends on when the fathers name was added to the BC, if the fathers name was on it at birth then you will be fine however if his name was added anytime after age 2 then they will be requesting the DNA test in most cases.

3/15: text and email confirmation/Check Cashed/NOA1 sent

3/16: touched

3/18: rec hardcopy NOA1

3/21: rec biometrics appointment for 4/08 planning walk in for 3/23

3/22: successful walk in biometrics exactly 3 months since POE

5/14: touched/text & email notice of EAD approval

5/16: EAD in hand

7/1: Text/email notice for interview

8/3: Interview.............Approved!!!!
