I was wondering where the Bar Codes come from?? DS-3032, I-864 need the bar codes..Is this something the NVC or USCIS sends you when it's time to accumualte the documents.. The DS-3032 I know can be emailed.. but can this also be sent with the DS-230 package or is there a disadvantage to this?? I was going to have the wife sign the DS-3032 form and send it with all the other required documents for the IV package..

Thx

the NVC generates the bar codes when it's time for you to submit your paperwork. for all intents and purposes you are finished with USCIS once you obtain your NOA2.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

It would be okay to just have my wife sign the DS-3032 and send all the documents together..

DS-3032 doesn't need to be mailed separately?? She is mailing everything to me and I am doing all the forms, all she is doing is signing her name where required!!!!

she would be the one to sign it not you,,if you don't have an attorney or an agent then tell her to appoint you as her choice of agent..tell her to e-mail the ds-3032 to NVC.. :bonk:

Hi everyone!

What if I filled up and signed ds 3032 and don't want to generate my ds-3032 barcode, where do I get the barcode then? Will NVC be sending it to my agent? If they do send a barcode to the agent, is he supposed to cut it out, and paste it onto the ds 3032 that I signed?

You can actually email your DS-3032. It's faster than mailing the form to NVC.

Follow these steps, and remember the email has to be sent from the beneficiary's email address... which you would have given the operator when you learn your NVC case number.

Good luck!

I have a question regarding sending DS-3032 via email. Do I need to print out, fill in, sign it, then scan it and the barcode generating from AOS fee bill, and attach them to the email to send to NVC? Or I just simply reply to the email which included DS-3032 from NVC with the content as the template here?
