K1 Visa starting

My boyfriend and I chatted for like 7months, he went here now in philippines (his still here until friday) we got engaged yesterday =) very happy! yeppey! we been planning to do the fiancee visa for us to be together forever (in much faster way)he will file the I-129F form when he gets home but the questions are

what are those documents he needs on my end to sent with the I-129F? all exactly documents we need?

does one meeting will be okay? not a problem at all?

and how long does it takes for the process?

The only things needed from the beneficiary with the petition are a G-325A form, a letter of intent to marry, and a couple of passport style photos. If the beneficiary has ever been divorced/annulled then a copy of the decree (and English translation, if applicable) are also necessary.

Getting engaged after only one meeting is a problem in some countries. I suggest you and your fiancee spend some time in the Philippines regional forum here on VJ to see what are considered problems at the Embassy in Manila, and what reasons are used to deny visas there.

i hope it won't be a problem i mean the one meeting only, we really wanna be together as soon as possible he is staying only for 21days and he can't come back always coz we cant afford to do that plus he got kids from previous wife that he will miss a lot so its much easier for me to come using fiancee. Anyways thank you for the reply its greatly appreciated i love this site.
