Dear VJ Friends,

I sent my AOS Packet last March 11, 2011 address to USCIS Laguna, Niguel CA instead of Chicago Lockbox because I got confused or maybe I overlooked the instructions & informations here in VJ. Anyone here can help me on what should I do or what will happen to my AOS documents. Is USCIS Laguna, Niguel CA will still process my papers or they will reforward it to Chicago Lockbox or return it to me??

Any advise or informations that you can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Tina

hehehe..right..that's ok..we all learn...hehehe...just wait, it might be returned to your address and then you can send it again to the right address...btw, just take note of the time coz it's been 7 days since you sent it, they should have returned it already..did you use USPS or Fed-Ex??..you can track it I guess...God bless..

ENGLISH ONLY in the upper forums.

The paperwork will sometimes be forward to Chicago, and sometimes it will be returned to sender. If they do attempt to send it to Chicago it CAN take several weeks to get there.. I don't know why but some people have had to wait several weeks for their NOA1's.
