Hi guys,

I am unemployed so I was wondering since I'll be having a co-sponsor, does the co-sponsor fill out the I-134 Form? Or is there another form for them?

Yes, but you can skip the asset section. Just leave that part blank. Indicate you are unemployed and have no income, then sign and date the otherwise completed affidavit.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Section 7. Enter NONE as the employer name and $0.00 as your current income. Not rocket science.
