I just checked and I think all spouse based I-130 are assigned to the vermont center and it's 5.3 months, with the national average being 6.3 months

Ah ok. I just spoke to an immigration lawyer who said wait a further 30 days before conatcting them!!!! She also said that USCIS are doing strange things like posting green cards to the lawyers office instead of the actual clients home. Nothing seems to have a clear cut pattern.

Freaking out!!!

It's now been 63 days since I sent in the papers and still NOTHING on EAD or AP! I need the AP... Badly. I wanna go home! :(

Everything else has been smooth sailing so far, so why do they take forever suddenly?!

March 2008 - Met my husband (US Citizen)

10/10/2012 - Arrived to the US on M-1 Visa

01/13/2013 - Husband arrives to the US

03/15/2013 - Got married in NYC City Hall!Received marriage license on the same day.

03/30/2013 (Day 0) - Sent in I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

04/03/2013 (Day 4) - Package received in Chicago

04/10/2013 (Day 11) - NOA 1 text(s) and emails received.

04/15/2013 (Day 16) - Biometrics appointment letter for the 7th of May 2013.

04/22/2013 (Day 23) - Successful Biometrics walkin Varick Street, NY

04/30/2013 (Day 31) - I-485 case status updated to testing and interviewing. Still no updates on EAD or AP

05/07/2013 (Day 38) - Biometrics appointment

06/07/2013 (Day 69) - EAD updated to Card production. AP updated to Post Decision Activity.

06/15/2013 (Day 77) Recieved EAD/AP combo card

07/10/2013 (Day 102) Received first interview appointment
08/10/2013 (Day 132) Interview (which we rescheduled because I was out of the country at the time of the interview)

08/24/2013 (Day 146) Notification that our interview has been successfully rescheduled

11/25/2013 (Day 239) New Interview date: 16th of December 2013

12/16/2013 (Day 260) INTERVIEW! - Approved on the spot, will have green card within a few months

To Bullan,

Give it another week and if you don't hear by end of this week, call the hotline and put in a service request. It should be beyond 70-80 days. 90 days is the absolute worst!!

6/21/13 (Day 173) AOS Interview in Long Island City, New York City. IO said "you should get card soon" during the interview

8/16/13 (Day 229) Mailed Congressional assistance inquiry form.

8/20/13 (Day 233) Mailed Senatorial inquiry form.

8/22/13 (Day 235) Did a walk-in to inquire about status and told the case will be re-assigned to another officer.

8/23/13 (Day 236) Card production email received, a full 9 weeks after the interview . Also got call from Senator's office confirming approval.

8/26/13 (Day 239) InfoPass appointment to get passport stamp as we have travel plans for late August.

9/3/13 (Day 247) Received Green Card. Also got call from Congresswoman's office confirming delivery of the Green Card.

6/3/15 (Day 0) Send in I751 Form

6/8/15 (Day 5) Notice of USICS Receipt

7/16/15 (Day 43) Biometrics Appointment

4/19/16 (Day 321) I751 Card Production

Yes! That's exactly what I selected! I even cleared my cache and cookies and went in again to see if it was different after I refreshed the browser...nope...this is what USCIS is telling me. Strange that we are getting two different timeframes.

That seems most peculiar. The timeframe you showed me earlier was the one I was seeing up until last week, when I saw it had changed to those extended dates for Vermont and California. I really don't get what the hell is going on in these places :-/

Honestly, you never know with these guys. What kills me is that fact that they've left us with no feed back after 5 weeks. Very unprofessional.
