02/11/2012 (Day ***) Service request..Told its being reviewed by supervisor

24th March 2012!!!!!!!!!!! Email notifiying me of CARD IN PRODUCTION
03/26/2012 (Day 376) Emails confirming that my I-130 and I-485 have been approved.

4/2/2012 Green Card In Hand!

Unbelievable that my journey took this long but Im thankful

Next Stop Premed...Yup!

3/24/2014 Application for conditions to be removed

9/22/2014 APPROVED without interview.

<----- not true I also filed mid August and just had interview done today (nov 26th) and status updated to card production. Just be patient, it could all be about luck according to who have had

Hi Kristal,

To my surprise, the interview letter arrived in my mailbox today. The interview will be at Federal Plaza, same as Myopia, at 8:15 am...

May 16th 2011 - Text/Email receipt confirmation by USCIS

May 19th 2011 - Received NOA for I-485, I-130 & I-131

May 31st 2011 - Received NOA for I-765

June 4th 2011 - Received NOA for Biometrics 6/24/2011

June 24th 2011 - Done with Biometrics, Hopefully with no mistakes

July 5th 2011 - Online updates, EAC and AP approved

July 15th 2011 - Received EAD/AP card

Sept 26th 2011 - Online updates, Interview on Nov 1st

Sept 26th 2011 - Received Interview letter (Nov 1st,Federal Plaza,8:15am)

Thanks I was actually hoping for garden city, because I heard they are tough in federal plaza. Also did u get ur ead card? I did my biometrics last week and still waiting for ead and interview letter

You're welcome. I heard they're tough everywhere. Lol! It really comes down to us by providing enough and efficient evidence to proove that the relationship is genuine and how lucky we are with the Interview Officers (If they're nice and if they're in a good mood)

April 11th 2011 - Got Married in NY City Hall

May 16th 2011 - Text/Email receipt confirmation by USCIS

May 19th 2011 - Received NOA for I-485, I-130 & I-131

May 31st 2011 - Received NOA for I-765

June 4th 2011 - Received NOA for Biometrics 6/24/2011

June 24th 2011 - Done with Biometrics, Hopefully with no mistakes

Hi Guys, I got the Interview in the Fed plaza! On Monday, everything went well, she ask the usual questions.

Wife: what’s your husband’s name, date of birth, address were we live, when we meet, etc..

Husband: pretty much the same thing

Easy questions she was really nice IOS. Then she saw our pictures we took almost 300 pics and she saw one by one, she love them. At the end I had a picture of us with an IOS in there he is our friend and she recognized him. I guess that even help a little more!!

At the end she told us, ok guys see u in 2 years :D .

I check online 2 hours later and the card was in production. yepppee

For all the ppl waiting for the interview don’t be nervous just be yourself.

if you have any questions let me know! I will be coming back for a couple of more weeks to this forum, just in case anybody has a question!

I was telling my husband how nervous i was and he told me to relax. He said look they know what they are looking for and theres no need to be nervous.My husband actually works for the Department of Homeland Security (ironically) so he knows what he is talking about! I dont think there is anything called tough when you are in a genuine relationship. I know everything to know about my husband now as for him (lol) he barely rememembers my age (and as Im older thats finnnnnnne with me )

Congratulations!!! I am surprised it seems there are a lot of New Yorker's who have filed fairly recently and are getting interviews. That makes me hopeful that my Phoenix office will start moving sometime soon! lol

Wow, the last time I checked this thread January filers were finally getting interview dates. Now May filers are getting dates!! And soon July filers, too *crossing fingers*

Our timeline:

1993: Met at the age of 9, best friends ever since

2007: Admitted what we both knew all along...

December 25,2008: He proposed!!!!

May 9, 2009: Got married

May 10th, 2011: Date that lawyer claimed he mailed out AOS package

July 14th, 2011: Date that lawyer *actually* mailed out AOS package

July 18th, 2011: USCIS started processing our application

July 30th, 2011: Received Biometrics Appointment (8/11/11)

August 1st, 2011: Successful Biometrics walk-in

August 3rd, 2011: Received all NOA hard copies

September 12, 2011: Card production notice for EAD (!!!)

September 13, 2011: I765 touched

September 19, 2011: EAD arrived in the mail

December 28, 2011: Received email notification of our interview date

February 1, 2012: Interview

February 29, 2012: Approval notice via email(!!!)

March 7, 2012: Card arrives in the mail (!!!)

another biometric letter received: 05.11.2011
went back for biometric centre: 05.12.2011 { was told that my last biometrics was good}
