I am at 9 months, and still no NOA2. Patience is the key....not that I have it. I am wreck over the wait. ;)

Timeline

06/27/2007 - We met online

04/29/2010 - Went to Morocco to visit Rachid

05/07/2010 - Married

06/15/2010 - I-130 Sent to Chicago Lockbox

06/17/2010 - I-130 Packet Delivered, signed for by L. BOX

06/22/2010 - NOA1 issued and mailed

06/24/2010 - Cheque Cashed ($355)

06/25/2010 - Received NOA 1 in mail

06/29/2010 - Touched

06/30/2010 - Touched :)

08/03/2010 - Touched :)

10/07/2010 - Touched :)

01/26/2011 - RFE

02/08/2011 - Sent USCIS our RFE

02/10/2011 - USCIS Received the RFE

Gosh, when is the visa bulletin for May 2011 going be published. This wait and regression is driving me crazy

Hi fashiondoll, hang in there! I know it's hard!

I filed a K1 in 2009 that was denied, we got married in September of 2010 and are about to file again under a CR1. I was sooooo impatient for the K1 it nearly killed me... and then there were many months I did not see any hope of us ever being together... in that light the 9 month wait seems a little easier to swallow. Your day will come, trust that (F)

Why are you going crazy you have your NOA2. I filed with NOA1 6/9/2010 CSC still waiting for NOA2. You think your running out of patience?

I think that has something to do with china and having going through name/background checks etc. You should take some action soon - I personally would not settle for that.. Naah.

My friend it has something to do with USCIS. This is second filing for my wife. Two years ago I filed K-3 went through in less than 8 month's from NOA1 to interview. Guangzhou denied saying not a bonified relationship. Did not appeal waited and filed for IR-1. I have constantly called USCIS with no result's. Contacted my Senator at 6 month's. USCIS gave him two different answers to his inquiries. Now I'm waiting for result's after getting the Ombudsman involved. There is still hope?
