Me And my fiance wanna get married. I came with passport to the u.s, I am now 20 my priority date is Feb 2008 my dad who's resident is helping me out. If I get married will that affect anything or what are the steps for my fiance to help

If you have no visa, it sounds like you entered without inspection. If you entered without inspection, there is no path to get a greencard. Good luck.

Yes I enter legally

I had a visa in it I was only 10 years old All i remember it was a white paper with permission of staying 3 months and we needed to be getting new ones.

Not a K-3 topic.

Perhaps marry, and then file a new petition I-130 for a spouse, then pull the old visa petition. The new petition will get approved and processed through to a CR-1 spouse visa long before the prior petition would.

Forget the K-3, it is a dead end visa, the K-3 will simply get closed, and NVC will then proceed with CR-1 anyway..
