The guide indicates that the the all the photos included with my K-1 packet should be placed in a plastic bag. What are we talking about here? A large baggie or what? Can someone please be more specific. Thanks.

A small ziploc bag will do or if you can find those small one that will fit perfectly would be nice but I cannot find one so i use ziploc bag plastic bag stapled in a blank sheet of typing paper both sides. I did it that way so it does not fall apart. They accepted it with no problem make sure you signed your name on the back and her passport photo also the I-129F with a felt tip pen black

A small sandwich or snack size baggie would be ideal, although not necessary at all. You just need to make sure your pics won't get lost.

Our little bag was just big enough for the photos and space for a couple of staples to secure it.

I used a sandwich-sized baggie as well. I used a large binder clip to keep everything together for mailing and made sure that the baggie with photos was secured. I know they probably toss the clip right away, but it helped me keep everything organized. I think stapling the baggie to a sheet of paper sounds like a good idea as well.
