i know this is very premature, but it is so hard to wait and do nothing!

our 129-f is in the hannd of the Vermont Service Center a little over a month.

yes, i know we ahave to wait at least another 5 months for approval.

however, as the USA petitoner, what will i need to do in the next phase? what forms, etc?

i laready have the last 3 years transcripts from the IRS. what else can i mput together? a letter from employer?

for how long pleae help me ge starte:-)....todd

In short you can request the letter from your employer, you are not required to submit the last 3 years of tax returns/transcript unless you want to.
