The Signature is not required. USCIS will not reject the form/application if the signature was not included.

The I-864 is not submitted along with the I-130 unless you are submitting the packet I-864

The foreign spouse's signature is not technically required in the G325a but not all USCIS employees are aware of that.

Affidavits of support are submitted after petition approval, not with the petition.

I am a USC and filed for my spouse after marriage. He filled the form and signed it when I was with him. You can sign it and Fed-Ex or Speed post the form to your wife who is residing in USA.

It has to be an original signature (no copies/faxes/scans), unless you are doing e-filing.

can i put my digital signature for applicant signature ?

If no signature is allowed, I don't see why a digital one would be a problem. However, I think you missed the part about how not all USCIS employees know about this rule. My recommendation is that if you aren't going to sign and mail it with an original signature, that you type "Will sign at Consulate" in the signature space.

You wont get in trouble if you leave it blank . Worst that could happen is you will receive a RFE checklist.
