 sooooooooo, the last updates from VSC script readers state that they are working on August 21 as of now. There were few Sept petitions approved, just enough to trick your mind, have to admit it worked, at some moment I thought - yeh, finally. but no, thts not it as of yet.

 Maybe and most likely they set way in advance to start on 09 files in March, which is only couple of days away... woooow... never thought we would get that far with no update from USCIS.

But as some optimist here said : " at least we are going to get married in a warm weather", so just hoping for ths last weekend to become last uncertain one for all those who waited so patiently and long enough. :star::star:

We are going to call again on Monday,

The Immigration Timeline says September 13th is processing, Looks like they're skipping around. Processing about 3 to 4 petitions out of Vermont each day. At that rate it will take until April to get all of September. I have seen a few October and November approvals. The only touch I have gotten was on a Sunday and I saw manyyy here got the same day touch(10/3). Our timeline adjudication shows 2/27 - 3/9 after this time I will be calling them. This is where I saw the info http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=5&op2=d&op3=1&op4=1&op5=5,6,7,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,23,25,26,27,28&op6=All&op7=All&dfile=No

Good Luck To You :)

We are in the same boat with you guys. It is PAINFULLY slow. I have to admit that I wonder how many couples, that are both US citizens, would last if they were put through the same process.???? All I can do is dream of the reunion Mari and I will soon have. I have been saving my money to go and be with her during the interview and hopefully travel back together this time. Come on VERMONT.. you can do it..... adjudicate these applications that are legitimate and lawfully abiding.......

Good luck everyone. I hope you get yours very soon..........

yep, ths journey is definitely something you cant fully feel unless you ve been through it. Thousands of miles away for hundreds days away, plus stress from all the random questions walking in your mind starting with words "what if"...

Nevertheless its not gonna last like this. Sooon we ll see some progress, heh, tired/worn out/frustrated but we ll see it  Thank you all for support, we ll continue the same way. And its almost Monday (I became weekdays addict by now and working twice as hard on weekends, lol).
