Where do we file our application?

I see that the address on the instruction form for the I-129F has changed from Vermont to Lewisville, TX. My fiance (US citizen) is a member of the military and we intend

to live in Louisiana after his deployment. Are all the petitions being sent to Texas now? And the fee is now $340 right?

I see that the address on the instruction form for the I-129F has changed from Vermont to Lewisville, TX. My fiance (US citizen) is a member of the military and we intend

to live in Louisiana after his deployment. Are all the petitions being sent to Texas now? And the fee is now $340 right?

IF your case will be sent by the US Postal Service then you can use the USCIS's Dallas, TX 75266 address since they have access to their P.O. Box.

IF your case will be sent by FEDEX, UPS etc then you will send your case to the Lewisville, TX 75067 address.

The fee is $340.00

You'll be filing a petition to a lock box facility that will do intake. Then the petition (not application) will be sent to Vermont or California to be adjudicated.

OOOKK.. so I just filed not to long ago.. through UPS ... is it a big deal if I sent it to the lock box in Dallas??!

WWOOOAAAHH scratch that I just freaked myself out...hahaha.. I sent usps its all good. good luck with your petition.
