Quick Question on I-864 filing for my Wife.

Do we need to submit 3 years Tax Returns and 3 years W-2 and Transcripts ?

Can we do 3 years transcripts. Is that enough ?

A transcript is a copy of your Tax Return that the IRS will send to you, if requested. If you have a copy of your Tax Returns and W-2's for the last 3 years, then make copies of each and send in. The IRS will send you transcripts if you don't have copies of your past Tax Returns.

You DO NOT send both. Either tax transcripts (which include W2 or 1099 info), or actual returns with W2 or 1099. NOT BOTH

Correct but there's more than one kind of tax transcript. Order "Tax Return Transcripts". One for 2010 may not be available yet. If not, send a complete copy of the 2010 return with all forms and schedules.
