When and How to submit 10 Years GC

2. What kind of paperwork or how much is the 10 GC costs.

3. Can she going back to VN on March, and be back in US by April.

Yep. You also MUST apply before the conditional green card expires.

Joint apartment insurance

Joint leases (3 years, two states)

Wife as beneficiary on retirement account (two jobs, two states)

Wife as beneficiary on life insurance policies (two separate jobs)

actual copy of beneficiary paperwork from federal job

letter on official letterhead from previous state employer describing all benefits on which my wife was listed

Joint car insurance policy

Joint health insurance policies (two jobs, two states)

Official IRS Tax transcripts - married filing jointly (3 years)

Edit for us: NO interview for both 2-yr and 10-yr GCs. If you have plenty of evidences, this process should be piece of cake.

ASC shouldn't be all that long. Then it goes into the line. Likely there won't be an interview. Compared to the HCMC interview the rest of the process is a piece of easy cake to quote the Metro PCS guys and Dau Que.

Wow, for real Dai. Both of us processed NOA1, and NVC, and interview together, and at the same time. Now Biometrics on the samd dates.. cool...
