Hey everyone,

I was wondering about mailing things to the Philippines. I wanted to mail something to the Philippines, and I have been using priority mail for things. I was wondering if there was a faster way to mail it and if it goes all over the Philippines. I may have to mail my fiance the paper evidence for our K-1 interview so I was hoping to find a fast and reliable way to ship it there. It needs to go to Pampanga, which is about 2 hours out of Manila. Anyone have any ideas?

There is USPS Global Express if your want to get it there faster.

I mailed a gift for Mav Priority USPS. A Small box. It took 5 weeks to get there. (Zambales from Oregon, USA). I thought it was lost or stolen. It did get there though. I have heard from my sister in law in the Philipphines at the same address that FED-EX took 2 and half weeks mailed from California, USA. So, next time I'll use Fed-Ex. There might be better ways but I don't think I use USPS Priority again for a package.

I use LBC to send any documents or packages to Phil it's way cheaper and better chance the other party will recieve it. The Phil post is notorius for staeling anything that comes from the USA cuz the possibility that it may contain valuables or money inside. I sent a USPS package with a small box of chocolates and a paperback book but it never arrived thats before I found a LBC near my town.

usps priority international seems fast and not as expensive, fedex is super fast but costs far too much

Don't use the USPS. They turn over your package to the Philippines Post Office once your package arrives in Manila. :bonk:

Fed Ex Three-Day Express will have your package to Pampanga and in her hand in three days from many locations in the U.S.

I've sent packages this way from both Seattle and Phoenix to Manila and Bacolod. Chinook received every one of them in three days.

Ok thanks everyone I wasn't too sure about fedex because people have told me that they don't go to the Philippines so I just wanted to make sure.

Check out Global Express at the post office. They use FedEx to make the actual delivery, and the rate is cheaper than if your pay FedEx directly.

From my experience the package was sent thru FED EX from the US and then it was 2GO Courier that delivered it when it reached the Philippines. You can ask them to be sure.

I think 2GO is also the courier the Embassy is using as well these days.

2GO commercial courier is the new Embassy's authorized courier service provider for the

visa units
