What about sending documents to Malaybalay City? FedEx is not there. DHL's web site claims it would cost $427 (are they insane??)

It doesn't matter whether FedEx has an office in Malaybalay City or not because they farm out their deliveries to companies like 2GO.

Check with your local FedEx office. They will tell you whether or not they can make a delivery to Malaybalay City.

I stopped by the office. Good news, if I ship FedEx Priority, it costs $64 for up to 1/2 pound documents. They hand it off to another carrier, but they could not tell who at the local office. So, I'll be doing the FedEx thing.

Not 100% sure, but I bet JohnnyAir will beat that price, and have it there in 5-7 days.

I was just looking into JohnnyAir also, seems they only ship to metro Manila. His fiance lives in the province of Bukidnon, near Valencia City. I have only used Fed-Ex and USPS.
